While I appreciate their attempts to help, the issue remains unresolved. I've tried reaching out to their Support Team and even provided a video showing the problem. I attempted this multiple times, hoping it was a one-time glitch, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. Despite setting the software to compress a GIF file down to 6MB, the software consistently output a file that was almost double that size - around 11MB.
My main concern is the compression function, which repeatedly failed to meet the specifications I set.
I had hoped for a smooth, efficient video editing and compressing tool, but the reality was quite different. I'm writing this review after numerous attempts to get the best out of Movavi's software, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
